it is possible the Kirsty and Dennis lobby mightbe playing to control the board. One thing I would say if they come back the company is dead and buried. I expect they be prosecuted for treating this company to run their lifestyle and destroying shareholders wealth. They should be banned from running any business for life. I hope there is criminal investigation against them.
