Purchased some of this today for the first time, had it on my watchlist for a long time.
Net Assets less intangibles is about $70m, FCF of $37m Current market cap is $150m, 50% price to book. Less dividends they are cashflow nuetral.
This is now a really clear and easy takeover target and very unlikely to go to zero. It could go lower, but on the fundamentals this looks way oversold.
