I'm worried about how you get new customers if they can't be certain that you will continue to be a going concern. The services provided are material outsourcing and so the super and funds need to rely on BVS not going under. The decision makers are would have to be crazy contracting to BVS now as I can't see how they can pass basic outsourcing DD at this point in time...
