Before sitting down and writing these Anns they need absolute fine-tooth comb consideration. As do the interviews that take place.

I sincerely hope that after Monday's Ann that we have a much more considered approach to these documents.

This is 2022, it's not just 'post any old thing up' at the old chance saloon and wait for the punters to mull over it. I suppose I'm looking at this from a seasoned communications person's point of view. To the HIO team in the nicest possible way, these words need far better articulation and consideration to mitigate chaos.
