this just dosent add up, interest rates have not gone up that much in reality, the YR 10 yr treasury has gone up from 1.5% to 4% within say the last 9 mths, thats NOT so drastic, i mean if HIO could be making BILLIONS from the 20 mt production, than surely it would still be easy for them to pay off debt at 4% even 6% on that production, why would investment bankers be so extremely worried about % rates, when in fact they havent gone up that much...
The japanese and south koreas would be begging HIO to secure its product , yet CITI thinks there is no customers for our IO that everyone wants?
dosent add up, why would CITI want to crash the stock? to get their big boy mates to buy in cheaper"? dosent make sense either, HIO was already very cheap at 37c, even if they did a CR at 33c CITI big boy mates would have made a killing if HIO got the project off the ground and into production we would have been a $3 stock easily, it would have still been a 10x bagger for CITI mates wouldnt it?
