wow; that is incredibly underwhelming..........a target price of $35m for a business that generates that amount in revenues
not only that, it seems that the price includes the intellectual property.....so all the development that has gone into the medadvisor app (not to mention that this huge >US company with a MC >100bn will have a captured a relationship with ~95% of Australian pharmacies).
I was expecting at least double that number, and given that the ANZ business is/has been the stabalising base in MDR, this deal to me does not sound very good for MDR shareholders (but perhaps it points to how poor the situation in the US business is that they need this cash to ride out what is happening there?!?)
