there’s at least two resolutions i see.
one to provide shares in lieu of salary,
and the other to incentivise completion of a merge / acquisition.
I presume the first as necessary to avoid paying salary.
the other, well, I would have thought to have been covered by salary/shares in lieu, right?
I don’t see any minimum sale price target, so does the issue of more performance shares effectively lower the bar?
