    We get to vote on the resolutions regarding their awarding of performance shares and shares in lieu of salary sacrifice
    Given that they have driven the company to the brink, everyone should vote NO to the issue of shares to Miller and the Board directors
    I would also encourage shareholders to write to the chair of the board regarding this.
    No one has an issue award performance shares for success, but for failure? They have it backwards
