Yes, my thoughts have also been that they have something positive lined up, which probably came from a Realtek introduction. And so now thay are prepared to sacrifice salary or directors fees for shares. All while we have suffered massive dilution, with more to come. I will probably follow suit with you, and vote NO to the directors shares in lieu.
