The incentive option for the last emergency CR, to raise that $1.85mln the investors would have been given a firm undertaking as to the possible permutations that could play out. There is no way anyone would put in anything so the they could do a “strategic review” with no immediate outcome.
I think the last announcement gives the game away, they have something lined up and captain chaos miller has made a B line for the trough at shareholders expense.
This bloke is a disgrace, he doesnt give a damn about shareholders, the very people who made NUH possible he sees them as simply a way to line his own pockets.
