I think you are being a trifle pedantic to say this is not a new direction. Having been in this share for many years while the company has been pushing sales in China and having a very limited result from international efforts I would say that concentrating more on the international and now doing something about it since May is a new direction.
And no, the negative posts are not a knee jerk reaction to the share price. It has been the lack of growth in units sold, revenue (often a fall), the inability to utilise their factory floor space, write downs of abandoned ventures etc that prompts a negative view of management. They have been attending expositions for years but have not been able to convert enquiries into sales and growth so something must be wrong.
I am hopeful as you are that the Soco thing works but it seems to me we are to be their landlord and their agent. It would be interesting to see the financial & revenue sharing agreement to see what's in it for us.
I dont need an argument here with you Inchiquin but I thought your post was a little unfair on some of us "negative posters" who have been trying for awhile with "constructive criticism" even to the point of my personal emails in the past to Charles (which he kindly responded to very promptly).
