I know Mulpha. I am very suspicious of the process. I expect the only winner here will be Mulpha.

I wouldn't be surprised if this whole 'strategic review' process is a sham to elicit a low bid as an excuse for Mulpha to be able to take the other shareholders out for a pittance.

Hence, ostensibly, Mulpha want to be seen at a distance from the sham valuation by Brookfield.

Be careful here.
