totally agree they (should have) a lot of BFS traction under the belt but what a disaster getting it done has been. Some may recall I asked for a progress % on the BFS as a formal ? at the last AGM and they refused to answer. I got the impression the BFS is/was a complete shambles with BG saying to me over the phone in response to % progress "...we don't know that."
