Maybe they should do a share buy back with some of that money they are “ conserving “ as in buy back say 250 mill shares on market , they’d be getting them at a hefty discount to what they allocated them at … gives the SP a bit of a boost and less shares on the register ( less dilution ) that would be doing something to “conserve share holder value “
