    I had a very good mate leave a secure BHP Iron Ore gig, relocated his family to Darwin in March to work for Core. Has now been laid off and looking to come back to WA.

    Reality is it takes ages to get quality people to move back when pricing does improve.

    Its not a magic switch that you flick and quality / experienced people magically appear.
