    He wasn't locked out of the building; that's untrue.

    The only other meeting he attempted to join was 3-4 months after he started in his role, and he hadn't set up his Microsoft account, so he could only enter the Teams call as a "Guest - Shane". This was the meeting in which staff were advised of upcoming redundancies, and he was arriving with five minutes left of that 45-minute meeting.
