Don't get me wrong, I understand and agree with many concerns you all share, but after working under all three leadership groups (at the time of listing, Shane and the current), there has only been one who has shown a semblance of leadership and/or a strong future moving forward both as an employee but also a shareholder.

I don't think someone with two posts is going to change anyone's opinions or mind about how they will vote, but there is certainly a large amount of anxiety about what Friday may bring on my personal end for the company moving forward.
