II is the only supporter of FDV, with several of their funds holding it and planning to sell in the coming days. Nathan believes it might drop to 10 cents and sees no possibility of it being listed on Nasdaq.

" Shaun's attempt too sneak through the new goalposts for Latam360 six months ago was also a giant red flag that things are just too hard. If the market were to hit a brick wall, there will be no liquidity in this stock and it could sit at 10c for years. I've tried as much as possible to be patient, but the situation keeps getting more difficult for fundamental and technical reasons and I can't justify the time and energy for what is now a tiny position for everyone where any usable tax losses might be the best way out. I'll be more than happy to keep everyone up to date if the sales process achieves anything. Cheers mate! PS. There's no way Latam360 can list on the Nasdaq even if it gets to $100m of revenue.
