If Shaun and Ricardo blink, jump at a shadow, whinge their way to a fire sale, they only have themselves to blame.

Ricardo…. get focussed on the gem of a business (infocasas) and spread its/your Midas touched as promised. The business performance will translate into share price appreciation. It’s not Shaun’s fault Pakistan has fallen over and emerging market/small caps have not been honoured with a multiple you want yesterday.
Stick together, obtain extra expertise for sure but see this one through. You’ve got it!

Shaun….. it’s been tough mate. Your words are not lip service. We understand you are tired of saying the same things over. You have withstood a barrage of one thing after another….. but (don’t make me recite your words) we have market position dominance with market place technology emerging in our best assets. Your are only halfway through. Keep yourself chipper dig. Chin up. Give it another 12 months at least!

Im excited by infocasa next quarterly, amped to see Fincaraiz go strength to strength and watch out for Yapo and E24 as they are living life with a tech stack and transaction initiatives to move forward. Zameen will rise too.

This has been a tough hold. But, never fear. Shaun and Ricardo are brilliant operators. Us retail holders are down but this one’s got legs. All, if you can….. don’t bork at this point in the juncture. professional investors are the worst at this. Some of them aren’t up to the hurt in the hold even if they are deep believers, still.

12 months is a long time, some have been 3 years too early. Some might join the party at the right time. But Shaun and Ricardo, DONT cancel the party an hour before it starts. We got champagne on ice.
