Maybe. We don't know that II are definitely wrong yet. If the latest results aren't great and FDV (stupidly) sells LATAM 360 for far less than its potential then the possible share price drops dramatically. Personally I hope that they sell everything else and just keep LATAM! The biggest risk is that someone like Dubizzle could probably takeover the whole company for not too much more than the current share price to get the 30% of Zameen that they might want. II are also worried about a major market downturn and the risks that would pose holding companies like this. And they definitely don't want subscribers suddenly stuck with a delisted company they can't claim a tax-loss on. Either way the share price should be $1 in this frothy market and closer to $2 if it were growing as hoped. The Zip and Life360share prices aren't exactly built on solid fundamentals!
