Frasers don't always so take overs. Often the strategically buy chunks of companies to give them a springboard for selling their own brands in the outlets.

we are just as likely to see a partnership agreement to start selling Frasers owned brands in accent stores as we are a takeover.

Frasers have shown some real talent in UK. They've turned around retailers in some really tough spaces where others have thought the business is dead and gone. But some of their purchases also don't seem to be flying so well either.
