I spent a few hours reseaching them and was very impressed. The numbers I use make it appear an even better buy than AX1, but I am not ready to press BUY button on Frasers quite yet.
I liked their clear segmentation into sport, premium and luxury lines, their integrated ecommerce, loyalty and BNPL arrangements, and the huge variety of goods including furniture in their online stores. They seem to have presence in every country in Europe as well as Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Just shy of 15% makes an excellent basis for a strategic alliance.
