Don't mind this deal structure - the $1.5m in revenue isn't going to move the needle much so essentially funding Swoop Aero's forward looking book with 75% debt and 25% cash.
If Swoop continues to grow revenue QHL can convert that into equity (it would be interesting to know how much equity) and we can join in that growth, if things don't improve we get the debt back with interest.
At least we know why the SP increased a few days ago.
Like all of us, still waiting for a real meaty contract that provides a substantial revenue stream outside of the F-35 program
