If the above is correct,i cannot explain the need for a TH. Price action today confirms a TH was hardly necessary to maintain an orderly market.Perhaps management expected more of a fuss.Not saying it's not a potentially significant acquisition in the longer term,but I'm more interested in seeing progress on shorter timeframe issues around funding,including whether the increase in capex and NPV might open the door for a larger NAIF or EFA component.
