I don't have time to look it up now but, from memory, Invion has $80 - 100 million in tax write offs from R&D etc. (Happy to hear the actual figures)
Cho Group would be aware of this financial opportunity to develop their drugs in Australia and as a bonus access a major share from the accounting ledger. So in that sense, Invion does have viable asset, plus they are now confirmed as registered for this development and have one of the world's top chemists in Greg Collier.
So, well done by arranging this deal, let's hope that the shareholders can benefit form a substantial lift in SP.
