Yes - appears to value GW1 at 55 cents a share, and gives them an off take partner if they can deliver that JORC by end of next year.

NIO Inc - large Chinese owned electric vehicle company. Market Cap of $30 billion USD.

Presumably trying to ensure they have adequate Li supplies in the future and `they see GW1 as having real potential.

I'm hoping someone with more knowledge can give an analysis of this - but it looks like GW1 are now on a fast track to explore at San Jorge and (hopefully) produce a good JORC - leading to major commercial result.
