Results will take care of the market value, regardless of shares on issue.
I’d be disappointed if ZLD tried to window dress the share price. A share consolidation ahead of sales results? NO!
IHL has around 1.5 billion shares, diluted, on issue. ZLD, 2 billion. IHL is achieving sales results, hence the market value.
