Great assessment of the current position Bellcurve and yes you are correct YStrategy, share price stagnation is a result of original vendors holding too much stock resulting in poor liquidity.
This entity has only just hit my radar as it was presented as a "trading shell".
Directors have been enjoying an 8.5% return on their loan, whilst maintaining sufficient cash in the bank earning 0.01% to ensure they get repaid.
Concern has obviously risen as they have decided to repay the loan. 500k by 30 November and then the balance of $1m in 48 instalments. Ironically it doesn't say whether they are daily, weekly or monthly instalments. Doubt it will be over 4 years.
Director's fees are 608k with a further 370k for KMPs. Not a bad gig if you can get it without performing.
With Net Tangible Assets of about $1m and ongoing losses, be grateful the market cap is still at $4m.
Lack of liquidity has helped keep the share price from collapsing even further.
I agree Bellcurve, best to turn it back Private, but may as well wait until you can get it for nothing.
