    What a shame for holders that Merchant didn't bite the bullet and hold its meeting like it originally intended the other month. They could have folded the 1PG business by now and moved on. Now they will be down another $3-4m. Joanna must have convinced them that shuffling deck chairs on the Titanic would actually work. I thought Merchant would have been smarter than this
