As usual the market does not like uncertainty. The $48m (worse case) sore spot is playing on many minds. This consist of $85m restart - $37m insurance payout = $48.
I can pretty much say a CR is in the books for 29M at this point. I dare say some feelers have been put in OTC as we speak and this is has caused the SP to crash today. A sub $1 CR is in the books now maybe much less than that if the underlying commodity price don't go 29Ms way during.
