yes the offer is way too low and it doesn't reflect the true potential of this company, imo.
base on Lake Johnston project alone, RIO will need to spend $40m to earn 75% ownership and the rest 25% should at least valued at $13.33m+
CXO want the 25% of less than $6.5m (since they want to acquire the entire company for $6.5m).....
if we consider the large Nb anomaly potential....
