re: Ann: Strategic Vision - Buildings as Powe... Yes, could be that SpringTree has the order of TATA to buy as much shares as possible to a as cheap price as possible. After end of contract with Dyesol they have about 30 % of the shares --- then on the market --- and with buying via stock exchange to the each day cheaper SP they can buy the next 20 %.
And SringTree will be paid a bonus depending of the total cost of the shares. As lower the price can be dumped, as much they can earn.
That would be one explanation of the crashing share price - and of course - the roles of the contract are fitting for that approach.
