I agree with that statement, but would add.... "from any other party". In this market, with spod clearly in short term abundance and with operations being shut/ idled there is no real likelihood of a meaningful third party offer being made. GXY, in my opinion, will be the last man standing for these assets and will likely be begged to take them over.

That's where our new look strategy comes in to play.
