    @ljcamp No extra money, in that case do you believe a downstream company will find value in our operations staff as a 50/50 jv? It is often overlooked by investors but it can be quite costly for companies to move upstream via a skilling up hiring spree, partnering with GXY provides an economies of scale effect.
