Hi PA, I kind of agree with your concerns, yes expectations are high with the amount of money they are on, however, you can’t simply change a culture in 6 months, I’ll give them to the end of the year and see how we are going. My average is half way to 10c. Would like to think we can hit 15c again? AR was running this for how long? And how he managed to keep up the bullshit is quite unbelievable. Wonder what he’s doing now, having a long deserved rest? I’ll keep working
