A big assumption they can process the ore that Jupiter has, one you've cooked up with no evidence.
How much would they pay for this ore? They're barely making money from their 50000ppm hard rock with end to end processing. How would 2000-4000ppm ore make money? Saving on crushing? More HREO? There's no way this is ph4/room temp, they'd have found this out in a week. It's probably more of a low grade hard rock with the crushing already done. Going to need acid.
Just does not pass a basic sniff test.
