i dont think so, cause its entitlement offer, normally here are two outcomes:
failed on capital raising cause shareholders do not want to burn more money due to lose faith on business, then the sp will drop a lot, much lower than 1.85;
successfully raise capital, then the sp will above 1.85 or even hang there between 2-2.3
