The thing is, you would have to assume that the market analysts at Citi group and State Street Supper are not total idiots.  They can read the market update like everyone else and on 12 May between them they purchased almost 8,000,000 shares. We have people on this forum who predicted the CR some back to the beginning of this year. Do you really think that Citi and SSS did not take into account all of these risks before they invested almost 8,000,000 shares between them. I personally take a lot of confidence out of these big institutional investors increasing their position and no doubt they will take advantage of the recent offer.  I think it's worth avoiding a narrative that the ceiling is crashing in.
