Company obviously could not meet meet the Dec 17 Timeline so are going for the "keep the shareholders off their back until late 2018 approach"
Simple, they need funding, current shareholders will not give it to them except for Copulas. They will prob have a fully underwritten offer for a low price........... that is my gut feeling!
