Reading closely the announcement it seams rather odd that there is mention of “The transactions will deliver significant intellectual property covering value-added products that include fresh and long-life milk, flavoured milk drinks and yoghurt, cheese and ghee" surely that means they are going to export into Fiji. Who else uses Ghee?
At least $20M mentioned. I would like to see that happen.
Just found it in the dot point "sales of contract manufactured dairy products" to me looks as though Fiji is major focus and would not be surprised they are well advanced in their land acquisition. IMHO
