This early section in the presentation cannot be overlooked.
Management is hearing us. "earnings generating assets". Will they use existing cash now to buy good cheap quick cash flow assets for later Dorado capex. "Prudent capital management " may mean dividends early. They expand on this later in the report. In spite of critical comments from contributors I believe management is sound and has SH interests always in mind.
