If Dorado and Apus etc are never developed STO will have burnt a lot of money buying the stake for a bucketload and sinking more into exploration and planning. I just can't see this happening although stranger things have happened.
Having said that I've got this feeling STO have gone cold on OZ (and understandably so given rough treatment of them and WDS recently) and may look to dump the lot at the right price. Or at least sell down a substantial portion to fund other overseas projects. Just a feeling though.
