An attractive document ....... however we have been reading these (with almost identical content) for several year now. As a LT investor in CVN, I just want some concrete commitments that will enable the expected growth that we have all been looking forward to for several years now.
It seems such a long time ago when the "massive Phoenix" discovery happened.
