We were all led to believe that it was the WA government causing the holdup in its snail like approach to passing the necessary applications to allow the various mining companies to progress. After this was brought to public notice through the leading WA newspaper etc., the government responded by clearing all applications as fast as possible and it looked like, for RDN in particular, that Andover's expected value could be proven as drilling results would show but as it turned out the right drilling decisions were not applied. Since then, RDN management has shown nothing to indicate or give shareholders any encouragement or hope that they would persevere in a revised plan to further any effort in the development and exploration of Andover's potential, despite having the money to do so.
