US markets smashed last night. Bonds surging up. Our futures pointing to a smashing. Love it. It is buying time.
Did not trust the recent rallies.
Ex-div is 09 November- that is 7 weeks from now. Historically it is better to buy dividend payers before ex-div and worse to buy them after ex-div. There are also some rules around franking credit eligibility that apply to some share holders that apply here too.
Cashed up and wanting to buy more here. Mentally prepared to see red ink in the portfolio.
