What recourse is there for share holders who bought and sold thousands of dollars of shares at hyped up prices based on false and misleading information from the great( I AM ) topsy .The last run up and down was generated on the false information issued about the $8 mill that was never raised Many people would have spent their hard earned buying shares as the sp rose based on this false information only now to find once again they have lost money ,I would have thought the person responsible for this balls up would have been moved along to tend to the new fishing pond that has been dug on the mine site or is it a big wishing well topsy
