why would they need Cap raise at this stage, when they have 2.5 mil. Cash balance at the end March 2024, then 2+ mil from option conversion expiring Sept’24, then 3+mil from options conversion expiring in 2025, thats around total 7+ mil. until 2025, how can they chew money so fast without machine sale or contract signed, just don’t understand the point of cap raise but SP. might stay low due to dilution from option conversion but if any new contract comes, Sp will climb, just my opinion
