Are you kidding me? The share price is at 12 cents and you ask me how shareholders have been robbed while this rich billion grabs millions of shares at 9 cents. I must be in the twilight zone here. Share holders have been getting robbed for the past decade. Horrible management. Horrible investor relations. I really hope you guys get some of the money back that you lost but the sting this one left me is still lingering. G'luck.
