re: Ann: Stratos acquires Billiton Island tin... I would assume that the Yinchen smelter assets must be close to becoming finalised too, although they have stated that the Indonesian legal process takes its time.
It does make it a nice acquisition with highgrade tin deposits and a possible smelter as well. I doubt the MC will be $4 million for long. There are plenty of cheap shares still hanging around, but they could be gone in a flash.
Long term 'speculative' buy.
