Kat, I don't think you understand the financial information being presented in the 4C. These are cash flows, not expenses you would see on a profit and loss statement. Due to there being $8m of creditors at 30 June, there was always going to be a net outflow in operating and investing activities, ie paying down creditors from funds raised from the placement and SPP.

Granted the overall situation is pretty bleak, most of what you have said your first two paragraphs is completely wrong IMO.
